A large group of 30 gathered at Snuff Mills to celebrate the club’s 30th anniversary of Tuesday walks and we managed to record a total of 30 species as well ! After a weekend of storms and floods we were blessed with clear blue skies and sunshine. Setting off along the path beside the raging

Bristol Ornithological Club
The Bristol Ornithological Club (BOC) became a Charity (1205862) in 2023, was founded, in 1966, to promote, encourage and co-ordinate the scientific study of ornithology in all its branches in the Bristol area.
The Aims of the Charity
To advance education for the public benefit in ornithology and matters related to the
conservation of wild birds in particular within Bristol and the surrounding area by:
a. promoting and taking part in local and national studies and surveys,
b. supporting and assisting the conservation and preservation of wild birds and their
habitats through co-operation with local and national organisations
